Integra House - Wimbledon, London, UK
Orchestra London initiated, acquired, designed, built, and operated Integra House, Wimbledon, introducing high-quality, hotel-standard flats complemented by premium amenities, including a gym and rooftop terrace.
Completed within a 25-month cycle, the project delivered an exceptional >150% Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) within 24 months for our investors, while leaving behind a beautiful, sustainable residential development that enhances the Wimbledon community.
Frasers Suites Dalian
Fraser Suites Dalian, designed and built for Frasers Hospitality, features 259 fully furnished serviced apartments with modern amenities. The property includes a gym, swimming pool, sauna, kids' play area, meeting rooms, and 24/7 concierge services. It offers direct access to Galleria Shopping Mall, providing convenient dining and retail options.

BTR- Building
This tall, contemporary tower has been transformed from former office space into a modern built-to-rent residential development, responding to the changing needs of urban living. The conversion introduces a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments designed for long-term rental, with a strong focus on comfort, light and functionality.
Residents benefit from an extensive selection of shared amenities, including a gym, lounges and generous communal areas, as well as entertainment spaces such as a music room and cinema. Together, these facilities support a sociable lifestyle and create a strong sense of community.

We design Build-to-Rent environments that balance functionality, long-term value, and a strong sense of community. Our work includes carefully planned apartment typologies—from studios to three-bedroom homes—designed to maximise comfort, natural light, and flexibility within a consistent, modern design language.
In addition to private apartments, we create cohesive layouts and visualisations for shared amenities such as lobbies, gyms, communal lounges, and terraces. Each project is supported by clear procurement lists, simplifying cost control and material selection, and ensuring a vibrant, well-coordinated living experience across the entire development.
Refined Office Interiors
The interiors are designed to be bright and contemporary, shaped by generous natural light, oak flooring, and minimalist mid-century–inspired furniture that adds warmth and timeless elegance. Glass partitions preserve openness while providing privacy, and integrated greenery softens the clean architectural lines, creating a welcoming and balanced environment.

For this private house project in Slovakia, we sensitively renovated an existing building, preserving its original character while converting it into three serviced apartments. Our scope included the architectural redesign, mechanical layouts, and on-site supervision, ensuring a high-quality transformation that balances heritage with modern functionality.
Service Apartments
For the Charlotte Terrace project, we designed modern, minimalist studio typologies for serviced apartments, tailored to short-term urban living. Each module was carefully planned to maximise comfort, efficiency, and flexibility through smart layouts, integrated storage, and a calm, elegant aesthetic. Detailed visualisations were developed to communicate the design intent, resulting in a cohesive serviced apartment concept that balances spatial efficiency with high-quality living in a central London context.
